Strength and Conditioning

No matter your age, confidence, physical ability or fitness level we will work together to find a realistic programme that fits your own personal circumstances and preferences.  We will work out where, how often, optimum times and how best to train and then tailor your S&C around those factors.   
 

The TBM therapists and I will discuss where they want us to focus and from that we will develop a bespoke programme with sessions for the home, outside or in a gym; using body weight, bands, kettlebells, free weights or machines and melding cardio with resistance training. 

Similar to the treatments you receive from the TBM therapists – your S&C sessions will evolve as your body adapts until we achieve our goals.
