Lisa's passion in health and fitness can been seen also in her personal life where she likes nothing better than to spend her time in the great outdoors with her family and well beloved dog Leia, who can make a regular appearance at the clinic as a therapy dog.

Gill Westwater

Specialist Massage Therapist

Gill has always been interested in health, fitness and nutrition from Jane Fonda, step classes & high impact aerobics in her teens to Les Mills Bodypump and Bodycombat in her 30s.  Gill started running 10 years ago and as she progressed from 5k to marathons she also started suffering from aches, pains and injuries and turned to sports massage in an attempt to stay healthy, finding that regular treatments allowed her to keep running without injury.

Moving to Angus in 2018, Gill discovered the beauty of the glens and the joy of running in the hills and also started attending TBM clinic.  This kept her legs strong and allowed her to start entering 50k races.  Having taken a bit of a career break, Gill decided that retraining in sports massage would allow her to help others, believing that exercising consistently is key to becoming a stronger runner and vital for mental health.

Taking the first step towards her goal, Gill now has a level 8 practitioner diploma in Swedish massage, accredited by the University of the West of Scotland and is studying clinical sports massage at SCQF level 8.   She is looking forward to helping others stay niggle-free. .
